Prior to working at Oracle, where he was a top contributor on the North American sales team, he founded his own company, raising over $6M in venture funding
Chief Creative Officer
Following a degree in Product Design Guy has spent his professional life conceiving and helping to deliver live experiences for a huge range of brands across the world - he’s launched more than 20 Bentley cars, built a ride at Disneyland for General Motors and delivered experience campaigns at three World Cups - he’s currently working with Heineken, Google and Castrol on a wide range of experience led campaigns.
In 2006 he co-founded Flourish which became Set Creative following a purchase by WPP. He’s responsible for the creative output of the agency working with both the UK & US teams.
Global Operations Director
Catherine has led projects for a wide range of clients over her 15-year career. In her current role she is responsible for ensuring all our event work is delivered on time and on budget. Starting out her career in Exhibition design, Catherine rolled into project management at Park Avenue before leaving to start Flourish, previously SET Live, with Guy Tremlett.
Besides leading the operational project teams, she is involved in the bigger project management challenges across all our clients. Catherine has overseen event budgets in excess of £5 million and delivered projects ranging from traditional brand experiences to international sporting sponsorship activations and large scale shows.
Alan delivered events professionally for over a decade, mostly leading large projects as a producer for various international agencies. Clients he worked with include American Express, Volvo, Ericsson, Ford, and Google. Alan is a problem solver, grammar enthusiast, and great communicator. With his exceptional mathematics skills he orchestrates complex budget and schedules, and leads the team to ensure our work exceeds expectations. He believes having knowledge of the client’s objectives and wider strategy is fundamental to successful delivery.
Prashant S Kulkarni
Group Account Director,
Prashant is LEED Accredited Professional and Architect and leads our build projects, our in-house production support and custom fabrication workshop. He is the subject matter expert and leads the project teams in determining the approach, deliverables, schedule, budget and tools to deliver projects within established constraints for clients. Through his decades of experience in architecture and construction in both executing and leading teams, Prashant has developed a deep understanding of design-build type projects. His work includes identifying and driving solutions to project risk challenges and overseeing the project financial lifecycle, including estimates, revenue forecasts, invoicing, payables, receivables.
Executive Creative Director,
Over the last twelve years, Dan has worked in Australia, China, South East Asia and the US in a career spanning traditional advertising, copywriting, media strategy, creative development, brand experience, retail installation design and live event/show direction. During that time, he has held creative and strategy leadership roles at Jack Morton, R/GA, Weber-Shandwick, Naked and Carat, delivering highly effective and award-winning work for a wide range of global clients.
His passion for live and physical brand environments and consumer-led experience design led him to Set Creative, where he now leads creative and strategy across North America. He arguably has too much energy.
